We had the privilege to be vendors for the event. A pop-up shop also know as flash retail is a popular trend, gaining notoriety in the U.S fashion market.

​Used to generate a buzz, a pop-up shop is a short-term sale that typically last for a few hours to a few days.

​Pop-up shops are a great idea to simply pitch and sell items while offering the ability to generate new foot traffic.

Let's shifting gears and discuss what savory treats were on the menu. For this event, we made an assortment of delicious cupcakes .

Our cupcake selection included...

• Chocolate Cupcakes with chocolate mousse frosted with black and white frosting and drizzled with dark chocolate.
• Strawberry cupcake with strawberry cheesecake mousse frosted with pink, vanilla buttercream and drizzled with dark chocolate and caramel.
• Vanilla Cupcakes with a vanilla creme frosted with cream cheese frosting and drizzled with caramel and dark chocolate sauce.
• Red Velvet Cupcake with cream cheese frosting.
• Lemon cupcakes with a lemon custard frosted with vanilla cream cheese buttercream topped with fresh lemon zest.
