Frequently Asked Questions

How long do the jars stay fresh?
Cake jars last up to 3 months in the freezer and up to 3 weeks in the fridge. For best texture, bring to room temp before serving.
Can I customize the flavors in my box?
Absolutely! For 4-, 6- and 8-pack orders, choose our Custom Mix option and leave a note at checkout with your preferred flavors. For 4-packs, just select your favorites using the flavor checklist.
How are the jars shipped?
All orders are shipped frozen in insulated packaging with gel packs and bubble-wrapped jars.
We offer two shipping options at checkout:
  • Standard Shipping (USPS Priority Mail – 1–3 business days)
  • Express Shipping (FedEx 2-Day Delivery)
Orders are shipped Monday through Wednesday to help preserve freshness and avoid weekend delays.
Do the jars contain allergens?
Yes. All cake jars contain dairy, eggs, and gluten, and are made in our kitchen, which is not nut-free. We do not offer allergen-free or vegan jars at this time.
Can I include a gift note or custom label?
Yes! You’ll have the option to add a gift message and select custom holiday or event labels during checkout. It's the perfect touch for birthdays, thank-yous, or special celebrations.
What size are the jars?
Mini jars hold up to 4 oz. (2.80" x 2.56")
Large jars hold up to 8 oz. (2.80" x 3.62")
Jar size is based on volume, not weight. Actual weight may vary depending on the flavor.
