Is there a limit on the amount of orders you take per week or weekend?
WE ONLY DO 2-3 ORDERS PER WEEKEND, with plans to increase the volume as we grow.
Do you deliver and set-up? Is there a charge?
Yes, we deliver and set up. Delivery and set up goes hand in hand. Yes, we charge for delivery. Click here for delivery rates.
Do you stay at the event?
Yes and No, Yes if we are invited to blog about your event.
Is a deposit required?
Yes. Usually about 50% of the total cost reserves your date. The amount of the deposit isn't important...getting on our calendar is what counts!
Are deposit refundable?
For all cake orders, there is a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your order. The deposit is applied toward your final payment.
How many designers work on the cakes or cupcakes?
Melissa create, design each cake and every cake from the beginning to the end. Rodney assist when needed due to his years of experience in art and design. Rodney handles the business side of legacy Cakery.
If we choose to pick up our cakes instead of delivery, when do we pick it up?
That is completely up to you! We will be in contact to schedule a pick up time once full payment is made.
Do you ship your products?
Unfortunately, we do not ship our custom cakes or cupcakes outside of our local area. However you can ship us! :) Contact us for more information.
Is there a minimum order to place on cupcakes?
Yes! We limit the number of weekly orders to remain focus and stay consistent. Minimum order is 2 dozen cupcakes.
What flavors of cake or cupcakes do you make?

Are LEGACY CAKERY products nut-free?
Most of our flavors do not contain nut ingredients but we bake all of our cupcakes in our home kitchen where nut ingredients are used.
Is LEGACY CAKERY cake and cupcake gluten free?
No, but we are working on gluten free products
What type of payment does LEGACY CAKERY accept for orders or deposits?
We accept payments through PayPal, Chase Quick Pay, Bitpay and TD Bank pop money and our all time favorite CASH.

Do you take last minute orders?
Yes, if schedule permits. However the client will have to pay the full balance upon receiving the invoice.
