SHIPPING POLICY
At Legacy Cakery, we take great pride in hand-layered dessert jars desserts for you. Our aim is to infuse our cake jars with the same level of care and love we have for baking.
We work hard to pack your orders safely, sending them from our New Jersey kitchen all across the country. But, some things are beyond our control, like unexpected weather or courier service delays. Even though we send every order as a priority, delays might happen. We'll let you know when your order is shipped, but we can only promise an approximate delivery date.
Please keep in mind that we only ship our products Mondays thru Thursdays.
We do not ship on Fridays for arrival during the weekend, or Holidays. All orders are shipped within 72 hours.
Our standard shipping method is USPS Priority Mail, which usually takes 1 to 3 business days.

We also offer USPS Priority Mail Express as an optional service for next-day to 2-day delivery.

All shipping costs are based on the carrier's rates, the final weight of your order with packing materials, and the delivery zones.
Please note, we can not ship to P.O. Boxes!
To get your order by a particular date, please (1) mention the date in your order notes, and (2) place your order at least a week ahead to account for possible shipping delays.
For holidays, due to high demand, we suggest placing your order at least 10 days before the holiday.
Legacy Cakery is not liable for delivery delays caused by high package volume, weather, technical glitches, strikes, unforeseen events, or wrong shipping details.
While we don't ask for a signature for standard cake jars upon delivery, please make sure someone is there to receive and properly store the package upon arrival.
For cake jars infused with alcohol, we request a signature upon delivery.
Please double-check your shipping details before submitting your order. We can't change the shipping address once the order is out for delivery.
Once items are shipped, we DO NOT accept returns or give refunds.
You can cancel your order if you let us know within 24 hours after placing it.
Cake Jars prices are subject to change at any time without notice. All payments are non-refundable.
